Launch Website
We were approached by Luke and Tim of Protest The Hero and Sheet Happens Publishing with the task of designing and developing a store that would be straightforward, as user-friendly as humanly possible, and of course, visually stunning.

With these objectives in mind, we ambitiously decided the best way to approach this store was from the ground up. Everything from the catalogue to the cart, checkout process, and order followups were built from scratch and completely customized for this project.
For accurate shipping, we incorporated a Shipping Module from Canada Post that would provide accurate rates from their server, based on the shipping details provided by the customer.

On checkout, the customer is provided with an order number that they can use to check their order status. They are provided with shipping dates, estimated arrival dates, and order summaries, to assure them that their orders are in the right hands with Sheet Happens.

In the content management system, the Sheet Happens workers are able to see all orders, and sort them by date and their shipping status (Received, Processed, Shipped).

They are able to view an overview of the customer's purchase history with them, and are also provided with accounting reports on each product.
